Who needs ConcertinaAny organization, private or public, small or large, interested to engage its stakeholders in collectively designing an ideal future state (vision), and/or identifying obstacles they are currently facing, and/or exploring options for their resolution, and effectively developing action maps and securing commitment for their implementation. What is the science behind ConcertinaConcertina is scientifically grounded in a relatively recently developed science, usually referred to as Dialogic Design Science (but also previously known as Interactive Management), which can be considered as a branch of community operations research. A process designed and implemented in strict compliance with this science is typically called Structured Democratic Dialogue Process (SDDP). To be able to design and implement an SDDP, one requires some training. There exists a large international community of theoretician and practitioners available for help. Do I need extensive training to use ConcertinaConcertina was developed to be easy-to-use. The system guides the user through the steps thus minimizing the possibilities for errors. Of course some basic training and knowledge of the underlying theory is necessary. Which Plan is right for meIf you are new to Structured Democratic Dialogue, you may begin your journey with a free account. This allows you to create one project and within that project to create one dialogue. What happens to my dialogue if I buy a single project plan for one month onlyYou will be able to create and use all features of Concertina for one month. After that, you will still be able to access the dialogues in your project, but without option to change or continue the dialogue. You will be able to export the data or print the reports. What is the purpose of each stepIdea Generation Idea Clarification Clustering Voting Mapping Can I transfer Cogniscope files to ConcertinaYes. To do so you must have Cogniscope v3. If you don;t have it, you can find it here.. Open your file in Cogniscope v.3, make sure that you can see all ideas, clusters, maps, etc, and then go to menu File and choose Export as XML. Within Concertina, next to the New Dialogue (+) button there is an Import button which allows you to perform the import. |
